Celebrity singer Johnny Cash is one of the most prolific and respected singers in the history of country music. Eventually, Johnny Cash got hold of his drug addiction and learned that life isn’t something to be avoided – it’s something to be embraced. He got the help he needed and went on to live a long life with many successes even as late as a few years before his death.

Johnny Cash was not only one of our most popular country music singer, he was a person who overcame his drug addiction and lived his life without the haze of drugs. Maybelline boy, Adam Lambert has finally step out of his fancy closet, officially of course. I believe all of us have already known about this “shocking” news right? This make-up wearing American Idol star has put an end the guessing game over his sexual orientation by confirming that he is indeed a queer, a cupcake, a twinkie, a dykey or to make it simple GAY! He told Rolling Stone magazine about his fetish for the male. Yucks! Haha But heck, at least he is being frank about it and not hiding his skeleton in his gaudy wardrobe.

This 27 years old rocker who finished second fiddle to boy-next-door Kris Allen in the latest edition of American Idol told Rolling Stone he had been living openly as a homo for several years. It seems that he is very receptive about himself huh! This is what Lambert told the world, “I don’t think it should be a surprise for anyone to hear I’m gay. I’ve been living in LA for 8 years as a gay man. I’ve been at clubs drunk making out with somebody in the corner.” Wow! He make out with guys openly? He is a show-off after all. Damn! Did you see this coming? LOL

Lambert has wowed Simon and friends with his stunning vocal range and he was seen as the favourite to claim the AI title. But in the end Adam was defeated in a match of votes between the conservative values of “red states” represented by Arkansas-based Allen and the liberal mores of “blue states” embodied by the exuberant Lambert. I guess that’s why Adam lost…because he is a freaking gay.

Guess what? Adam even joked that he had been spellbound by Idol rival Allen, who he shared a room with during the series (Hmm…did anything happened between them?). Here’s what Adam said, “He’s the one guy I found attractive in the whole group on the show: nice, nonchalant, pretty and totally my type except that he has a wife. I mean he’s open-minded and liberal, but he’s definitely 100% straight!” Awww….too bad right Adam? Kris’ wife must be worried right now.

Obviously, Adam’s family and a lot of his friends and fans knew about the dark side of his moon. Yet, they still accepted and voted him. Of course plenty still believe that Lambert is a blasphemy, a sacrilege, a profanity! Hence they voted for Kris as a strong signal to the world that a Gay is still not accepted in the society.

What if one day he/she falls in love with you?Frankly I don’t know how I will react until..one of my best friend told me he is a gay. And he even confessed to me that he has a crush on me. Back then I was not surprised at all. I’m cool with it. After that confession, I remain his very best friend till today. There may be another instance of this taking place in Los Angeles these days. Rhianna, the female singer appears to be dating a budding National Basketball Association budding star.

Rhianna’s previous romantic interest, Chris Brown, is dealing with assault charges against Rihanna. Back in February, Chris Brown was formally charged with felony assault after he allegedly attacked Rihanna. Mr. Brown has pleaded not guilty. Now that the two are no longer involved, Rihanna seems to have set her sites elsewhere.

Numerous tabloids sources that follow celebrities, Rhianna has been seen in a Los Angeles area restaurant having dinner with the Los Angeles Lakers star player, Andrew Bynum. According a gossip magazine, Rihanna and Andrew Bynum were seen having dinner at Mastro’s Steakhouse in Beverly Hills on Friday evening, April 172009. Apparently, the two were very comfortable together.

If the rumor is accurate, and Rhianna and Bynum are dating, this appears to be the first man that she has been dating since she and Chris Brown decided to part ways. Presuming that Mr. Brown’s actions against Rihanna did happen, it’s pretty apparent why she would be looking elsewhere for romance.

Rhianna was caught in the company of other professional basketball players recently as well. A separate source has mentioned that Rhianna was also seen at a recent Los Angeles Clippers party. Rhianna was at the party to help Los Angeles Clippers star Baron Davis celebrate his 30th birthday.

It appears that Rhianna has an interest in spending time with Los Angeles basketball players. Most other people might have a difficult time trying to secure Lakers playoff tickets, however Rhianna now seems to have inside connections and she will have no trouble securing LA Laker tickets to any game that she wants to attend.

Andrew Bynum, who missed more than 30 games this season with an injury. He, along with his Lakers teammates are in the National Basketball Association playoffs. The Lakers are trying to get back to the National Basketball Association Finals to play for the league championship. The Lakers were the champions of the Western Conference and are considered the favorites to advance to the Finals from the West.

The Lakers lost in the league championship series last season to the Boston Celtics. This season, the Celtics are facing stiffer competition than they faced last season in the East from the likes of the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Orlando Magic. The Lakers are hoping that Mr. Bynum will be doing a lot of traveling with his teammates until June, so the relationship with Rihanna may need to wait awhile.
